What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?

In this article, all ideas are my own, i do not try to influence or denigrate anyone’s beliefs. This is purely my belief.

Having good health in our days it is quite tricky, trying to eat healthy vegetables, for example you have to pay attention for lots of details. Producers could use more pesticides than needed or farmers having to feed animals with different concoctions just for their profit. In our days, the lucky ones, in my opinion, are those who could grow in their own garden vegetables and fruits. Media trying to push their agenda by telling us to go full vegan, there are not any long term tests to show the benefit of eating only vegetables.

My strategies for a healthy life i believe is sport, and doesn’t matter if is cardio or not. Any sport is good for health. First of all, sport by any means trains your brain and creates a stronger connection between your mind and body. Having diversified nutrition helps, but i do not believe you have to eat stuff that you do not like just in the name of health. Everything you eat doesn’t have to be in excess. For example let’s say you like chocolate cake, you don’t have to eat it everyday just because you like it, but the opposite that doesn’t mean you have to eat broccoli everyday 3 times a day for a month or more just because you read some miraculous health diet. All individuals are unique, and what health diet or sport will work for me does not mean it will work for you. Thank you for reading my article. Best regards.
